I have been busy preparing for Christmas with our (almost) 2 year old. I am very excited this year. The Christmas tree is up and I have been working on getting all of her Christmas presents bought and wrapped.
One thing that I have spent some time researching is stocking stuffer ideas for toddlers, so I thought I would share the things I have bought for our little lady.
- Animal figurines
LJ just loves figurines of all kinds and is also really into animals. Schleich is my favorite animal brand for animal figures because they are so realistic and beautifully made. These are the ones I have purchased for her stocking.
2. Cars
LJ loves cars and trucks of all kinds (especially fire trucks). We have quite a few Little People by Fisher Price toys in our house, so these ones fit perfectly into her collection.
3. Crayons and Watercolors
As LJ approaches two, she is getting more and more interested in arts and crafts projects. She needed some new crayons, and I also thought the washable watercolor paints would be a nice change from her usual finger paints (also a good stocking stuffer option!).
4. Sunglasses
Both my husband and I wear glasses, so LJ is very intrigued by them. She has a pair of sunglasses, but I thought she would like another fun pair to wear around in her favorite color.
5. Utensils
We are Mickey Mouse obsessed in our house right now, so a dinner set with her favorite character feels like something she will enjoy.
